Book Description

This book uses data visualisation to map a seven day period of evening meals. Each page examines the quantity of ingredients within each individual meal and is represented in abstract form.

Letterpress printed endpapers use a typographic system to reinforce the food categories used for the seven meals. The covers are die-cut to represent the traditional shapes found on salt and pepper pots.
